We are looking for a project manager to join our team!
What You'll Do
As a project manager you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of customer projects from receipt of PO through delivery and installation to ensure accuracy, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to coordinate customer projects
- Communicate with customers to understand application, requirements, and specifications and properly document information
- Submit technical information to engineering and create data sheets, assembly packets, and other documents
- Meet with customers for scheduled run-offs and factory acceptance tests onsite or at customer facilities
- Coordinate with purchasing and electrical to ensure materials are ordered and delivery schedules are being met
- Perform checks/run-offs and secure customer approval on all projects prior to shipment
- Support Technical Content Writer with specifications and review assembly manuals
- Continuously update customers and rep partners on status of projects and follow-up after installation to ensure success
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Project management background a plus
- Ability to gather and translate verbal and written concepts, processes, and technical information into easily understandable information for customers
- Self-starter with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Occasional travel to customers facility may be required
- Interest in working as part of a small and growing company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment
