We are looking for marketing assistant to join our manufacturing team!
What You'll Do
As a member of the sales and marketing team, the marketing assistant collaborates with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to produce service manuals, technical documents, promotional and technical videos, photos, and other content to educate customers and support the Hoosier Feeder brand.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to collect technical information and develop industry leading educational content
- Prepare, review, and revise service manuals and other technical documents
- Work hands on with operations and shipping to organize and direct photo and video shoots and gather technical specifications
- Create promotional videos and pictures for marketing purposes
- Maintain technical documents, photo, and video library
- Support Sales with quote logs and customer requests
- Maintain Hoosier’s brand by applying design standards and using consistent terminology across all media
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need

- Ability to gather and translate verbal and written concepts, processes, and technical information into easily understandable information
- Creative skills and use of photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts that increase users’ understanding of the products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
- Self-starter with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in working as part of a small and growing company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment
