We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team.
What You'll Do
Our Field Service Technician's travel to customers’ facilities and provide maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and service support to ensure the effective operation of our products.
- Travel to customer facilities across the US to provide service support for new and existing products. (Occasional international travel may be required)
- Act as a company representative ensuring customer concerns and requests are met
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in the field
- Install new equipment and provide user training when required
- Read and utilize machine drawings including electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
- Safely utilize and maintain tools and power equipment
- Complete service reports and coordinate with office manager to complete jobs
- Provide quality and process improvement feedback to manufacturing team
What You'll Need
This role will keep you thinking and moving!
- Flexibility regarding working hours and a desire to travel extensively required
- Proven technical capabilities in installing, servicing, and maintaining equipment
- Experience with TIG welding
- Light fabrication skills
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers
- Reliable, self-starter with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
